NINE MONTHS
Tasted a bottle four months after corking. Added 10 mL potassium sorbate to the bottle - delicious, sweet flavor.

ELEVEN MONTHS
Six months after bottling. Excellent If any issues, maybe a slight, bitter aftertaste.
