FOURTEEN HOURS
Added 1/2 packet Red Star Pasteur Champagne yeast.

TWO DAYS
SG 1.034. Transferred to secondary. Added 1 qt. tap water to the secondary because there was not quite a full gallon of cider.

ONE MONTH, TWO WEEKS
Added 1/4 c sugar. Did not dissolve. Should have dissolved first - it was very difficult to mix in. Never transferred off of the lees either. Should have! There were lots of lees floating.
Bottled.
