1 Gallon Cherry Wine - from juice (July 10, 2007)

NOTE: This recipe did not work.
DAY ONE
1 qt. sour cherry juice
3 qt. water
Tested acid with just the juice and water mixture - 0.65%. No acid blend added.
Added 5 c sugar to SG of 1.090.
This mixture NEVER began fermenting after two weeks.
