DAY ONE
Instead of adding 6.75 cups of sugar (3 lbs) as stated in the recipe, added only 5 cups this time to make an SG of 1.095.

NINE WEEKS (January 30, 2010)
Racked. Very bland, woody? flavor with a lot of sparkle. Stirred vigorously to remove CO2, added almost 16 oz. cold, hard, city water. Added 1/2 tsp. acid blend. Still has an "off" flavor.
Very disappointing so far because previous red current recipes have been very good.
