DAY ONE

Added 5 1/2 c sugar for a starting SG of 1.10 to the standard recipe. Did not test for acid content.

ONE MONTH

Racked off of lees. Delicious with a slight tart flavor. Very promising :roll:

Racked and topped with 3/4 c tap water - bitter :|

SEVEN MONTHS

Racked and degassed with a power drill and plastic hanger. (it seemed a bit "fizzy")
